To Qualify for this special offer, you need to become a patient of the office. You must have an examination, x-rays taken and have a cleaning done. These routine preventative care procedures are usually covered by most insurance plans. We will in many cases start the whitening process on your first visit to our office, time permitting.

WHITENING PROCEDURE
A mold will be taken of your top and bottom teeth. Then we will fabricate a custom fitted tray specially made to fit your teeth. On a second short 5 minute visit, you will receive the whitening trays, whitening gel and detailed instructions on how to whiten your teeth at home. The whitening trays are very durable and can last for years. You can use them to re-whiten your teeth as many times as you would like.
IN OFFICE WHITENING
While we do offer in office whitening, we don't usually recommend it to our patients. The cost is $450.00 compared to the free offer. And the results are far better with the take home method. With the in office method, you are limited to three 20 minutes sessions. But with the take home method you can truly whiten to the maximum extent. Plus you are in control. You may want to stop the whitening process once you have reached a satisfactory outcome, specially if you have fillings or crowns.
