YOUR FIRST VISIT TO OUR OFFICE
​We are glad you selected our office for your dental needs. We want to make your visit to our office as easy and comfortable as possible. Here is what to expect on your first visit to our office.

Your initial appointment will last approximately one hour. During this visit we will get acquianted with one another and learn about your goals and concerns for you dental treatment.

PAPERWORK

In many instances, paperwork will be mailed to you in advance along with an appointment confirmation card so you know when your appointment is. It is very helpful to have your paperwork done prior to your appointment so that we can spend more time with you.

After paperwork is completed you will be escorted to one of our treatment rooms where X-rays will be taken. You will then meet Dr. Fronjian for an initial evaluation. Dr. Fronjian will review your medical and dental history with you and examin your mouth and X-rays. He will then review all his findings and recommendations. You will have an opportunity to ask questions as he reviews your treatment plan with you.

INSURANCE                           

If you have dental insurance, please have your insurance card with you prior to calling our office for an appointment. It is essential that we have your insurance information in advance of your appointment so that we are able to obtain your benefits and be better able to assist you with your insurance on the day of your appointment. We will usually need to know the primary insurance member’s date of birth and social security number.

If applicable our treatment coordinator will review your insurance benefits and cost with you. In most cases, time permitting, if you have agreed to have your cleaning done, Dr. Fronjian will do your cleaning. If you have decided to take advantage of our free teeth whitening offer, time permitting, we sometimes start the whitening process after the cleaning (whitening offer details)

PREMEDICATE

If you have been advised by your doctor to take antibiotics prior to any dental appointments, please let us know in advance. If you need a new prescription for your premedication, Dr. Fronjian will call it in to your pharmacy in advance of your appointment. Just provide us with your Pharmacy Phone number.

PARKING

There is free parking at our building. During certain hours of the day the parking lot may be full and you may need to find parking on the street which is also free. Alternatively you may park at the brick building across the street  as this building is owned by the same owner.
